The Center for Competitive Change as part of the University of Dayton's
Research Institute is implementing a new program to support the need for small
to mid-sized business to become competitively stronger with market & profit growth.
The "Get Lean®" Program has all the attributes and tools major global companies have taken and
implemented, including Toyota, Wiremold and Teledune.
Basically, Get Lean® is a program specifically designed to help our small to medium sized clients advance their business abilities to recognize and reduce unneeded, unwanted costs and understand, discover and implement ways of conducting business and producing products and services. How does a small
to mid-size business do all this while staying within your budgets? The Center for Competitive Change accomplishes this with three simple principles.
No.1. Help companies (you) obtain high-end knowledge and skill in Lean, ISO and Six-Sigma
No.2. Help companies (you) bring and successfully implement the tools back into your business
No.3. Help companies (you) lower operating costs (by a minimum of 10-15%),
gain a new competitive strength in your markets, and bring new profitability to your bottom line, now.
Program Overview
The Get Lean® certification program comes from the Center for Competitive Change. The Center has
a 20-year record in building and delivering performance-based learning programs and coaching services.
Each of the Center's programs and coaches are noted Subject Experts that bring "best in class" knowledge
transfer that can be easily learned and immediately brought back to your business environment. The Center only works
with the best. Our partners and facilitators are very visual, highly interactive subject leaders that pull together
your business needs with solution tools. This level of experience and everyday practicing leadership is
what insures your positive experience in our programs and allows us to point to more positive results than
anyone else. After all it is about you and your business. Together our successes come from your ability
to implement and succeed, now.

these environments, generally it is one or two individuals assigned to monitor and implement all
business improvements and changes.

the results of each new change/improvement.
